The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free mini bus service was excellent and the use of pool towels an addded bonus.
The continental breakfast was a little disappointing but not unexpected considering the price of the holiday was very reasonable.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The resort's staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location of the resort was convenient, with shops nearby and a shuttle service to the town. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One setback was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment, which made the nights uncomfortably hot during the summer. Another drawback was the limited availability of guided tours, as they quickly filled up.

Apartments were clean, Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Resort was clean.
Consideration not give to type of persons staying in the accommodation. We were a family of 5 our children ranging from 5 to 2 and our apartment was located on top of a very steep hill with lots of steps and gates to negotiate.

The apartment was incredible, the bed was so cozy, and we really loved it; the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from a shopping mall, and we were also super close to Luna beach and other nearby attractions.
